The inlet air incinerator is installed in the air inlet header and is intended for supplying process air to fermenter skid. Inlet air is heated upto 300°±50°C for at least 6 sec. After heating, the incinerator air should be cooled down to 25±5°C temperature with cooling / chilled water before air is supplied.The equipment is designed with consideration of easy accessibility and maintainability.
